CATSYN has modern R&D and production facilities. The R&D center covers more than 1,000 square meters and is equipped with complete organic synthesis and analytical testing equipment, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC, with headspace), Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrophotometer (UV-Vis), Karl Fischer Moisture Analyzer, Potentiometric Titrator, Melting Point Apparatus, pH Meter, and High-Speed Drying System, supporting the entire development process from molecular structure design to process validation.

The production facility is located in the Shangyu Daoxu Fine Chemical Park (provincial chemical park) in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. Multiple multi-functional reaction workshops have been built with various reaction equipment of different materials and scales to meet the needs of custom chemical synthesis and process scaling from kilogram to ton levels. The current total reaction capacity exceeds 30,000 liters, covering conventional conditions and special process scenarios such as high pressure, high temperature, and low temperature. The company has the capability to develop and produce various reaction types including hydrogenation, coupling, fluorination, oxidation, amination, and condensation.
